SUBMISSIONS
RTÉ has decided to continue with the format that was used in the previous edition, but this time with some small changes.
Compared to last time when only the selected juries were able to submit their entries, this time everyone will be able to send an entry.
10 of the submitted songs are expected to get shortlisted, with another 10 to be selected by the Irish delegation. However some changes might occur and the number of participants can change, depending of the number of submissions. The selection is expected to have 2 semi-finals, where all the participants could vote for their favorites. More details to be revealed on a later date.
