ULIKANA NEEDS YOUR HELP !
ulyck radio and television have officially closed submissions for their first national selection to decide the act for the upcoming fantasia contest, to be held in 
shkeera. the selection will be a two-round show, with twelve or thirteen acts competing in the final, but only five advancing to the superfinal. the winner of the superfinal will be the act sent for ulikana. the selection is officially called уликана десидё оиноче, or ulikana desidé oinoche. in everish this means "ulikana decides tonight".
for this national selection, eight to twelve international juries will be selected to provide votes in both rounds of the contest. in the final, the juries will provide

points to their favorite entries, with the most favored entry receiving the highest points. in the superfinal, each jury will receive three points to distribute among the five acts as they please. these juries will provide 50% of all votes in both rounds, while the ulikan public will determine the other 50% of votes.
to apply for jury membership, you must be a head or co-head of delegation representing a nation confirmed for participation in fantasia contest #25. only one member of delegation is allowed to judge for their nation. you can confirm jury participation in u.d.o. by stating your position (hod or co-hod) and nation in this thread. juries will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. nations not selected to vote as part of the jury will be able to vote alongside the ulikan public.
zylofonija is our only confirmed juror so far.
the selection will be held at the johnny rapid memorial arena in arcasia, beginning next week. you can confirm as a juror now !!
