Kenya: First of all, props on sending something that isn’t stereotypical soca, and leaning into a style found on some islands in bouyon, specifically on Dominica. I love bouyon, but for me, the style is just the Circle K version of Grenadian jabjab, which I would’ve rather seen. Bouyon is a weird style in that it bops, but it doesn’t always go far enough. If you were dead set on bouyon, you should’ve sent the remix of Bend for the Beng by KO & Pitchboy featuring Motto, as it has more of the good good that I need to shake my ass, but this wasn’t a bad choice in any aspect.
Olivia: I kinda feel the exact same way about your entry as last week. It fits the theme, it's not bad but... it just fell kinda flat for me. It wasn't as catchy as some of the other entries, it was pretty average. You've definitely slayed much harder in the past, so I'm sure you'll eventually do that again, but yeah, this was just okay.
Addison: I went on a bit of a rollercoaster with this one. I wasn't sure about it when it started, but then it picked up a bit, and then it lost me again? There are parts of this that slap, and the beat is definitely infectious, but other parts just seem a bit like filler and made the song as a whole feel quite forgettable. The only thing I'm really taking away from this is the beat.

Olivia: I wasn't sure what to expect from this challenge so when this was posted first I thought "oh this sounds cute! maybe Chibu will do well this week!" Then everyone else's entries came in and I realised that this wasn't the week for you (again). Your song is cute, we love body positivity too, but there were simply a few better entries than yours.
Addison: This was alright, but didn't really keep my attention the whole way through. I was willing it on to become something bigger and better than it was, but in the end it turned out to just be okay. Nice message, none of it was BAD, I was just... whelmed, I guess?
Kenya: Girl I want to stan Melly Rose so much. I love her voice and the meaning of this song ATE. However, this song, like most of hers, feels incomplete. The “chorus” is just leading to nowhere. I know not every song needs a drop, but this is like building to one that isn’t there. I had this same issue when I was looking for songs for NNMC and she came up. I just wanted more cause this wasn’t it.

Addison: I like this queen! I know she does a crazy soca bop incredibly so this was an interesting send. Yeah I liked this! It wasn't the kind of thing I was expecting at all but it was actually really nice and pleasant while still keeping the flavour of soca. You really are at your best when you go outside of the box, keep that up!
Kenya: I love Patrice more than the average person, but this is one of Patrice’s worst out of her whole discography. It’s chill, but that’s all I can say about it. I do listen to this on my own, but miss thing has better, and I was hoping I could get some of it.
Olivia: Your entry sounds quite different to everyone else's and I think that works in your favor. This song could've gone under and been overshadowed but it being a bit understated actually made it stand out more. I wouldn't necessarily want to listen to this on repeat, but I did appreciate it for this challenge.

Kenya: See my comments to Pragma
Olivia: I feel like this is a similar approach as Gigi's, a more mainstream pop-ish song, but I don't think this was executed perfectly. It was decent but overall I feel like it was a bit chaotic, there were too many tempo changes from me. Cute entry though!
Addison: This did make me laugh I can't lie to you. This felt like a mess with more of a purpose to me, and when it first started I thought YES, this is the ONE. Then it kept going and it lost me a lidl bit, but not enough to turn me against it completely. Not perfect by any stretch, but I think you did pretty well!

Olivia: Whew... At this point I wonder if there is any challenge that you can't do. This is an absolute whopper, I was bopping to it and it's definitely the best song of the week for me. I could tell you... gg well played! Cue the laughing track. Anyway you snapped once again and I love to see it, it gives me that buzz.
Addison: I can't say I agree with my fellow esteemed judges on this one, I think this was your weakest entry to date by quite a margin. It's definitely fun but wasn't doing much else for me... I feel like it verged too far into trashy without giving me much else to compensate. There's a banger DYING to come out of this one but it's just not doing it for me I'm sorry my queen.
Kenya: First of all girl, way to go on being one of two dolls to not send a Trini this week. Alison Hines has earned her title, and songs like this are why. Go gal, keep serving cause bitch, this is the flavour I required. Now lemme get on the road wining to this beattttttttt

Addison: For me this is like miles ahead of the rest of the pack this week. This SLAPPED. It's not the most creative pick for this week but the song was giving pretty much everything I wanted from this challenge. Playful, infectious, engaging, once again you have proven that you deserve to be in this competition. Great work!
Kenya: All I have to say is this: t̶̪̅a̶̩͌l̵͇̂e̶͇͑n̸̛̥t̸̼̑ȩ̵̀d̴̤̈́,̵͚̉ ̵̲͌b̴͖̊r̵͉̐i̸̞͛l̵̼͊l̸͉̎i̶͇͛ả̸̺n̸̹͗ţ̷̽,̴͎̓ ̵̣̅i̸̻͌n̶̪̂c̴̞̉ṙ̷͜ḙ̷̈́d̴̡̔ī̶ͅb̷̰̈l̷̘̈́e̸͉͋,̵͓̕ ̴̬́ȧ̵̳m̴͖̋a̴̡͐z̸̦͝i̴̩̕ň̶̠g̴̡̚,̶̱͝ ̴̣̍s̸̡̏h̶̩͒ŏ̴͓w̸̬̏ ̴͓̎s̸͉̔t̸͈̂ő̵̖p̸̺̉p̵̤͝ḭ̶͊n̶̤̽ḡ̸͉,̷̲̃ ̷͕̈s̷̪͂p̶̤̔é̶͍c̸͎̎t̵̞̔a̸͍̽c̷̠̈́ù̵͇l̷̗͑a̷͔͆r̷̹͆,̶͚̌ ̴̠͌n̵̟͝ḙ̸̇v̴͚͊e̷̗̕ŕ̵͉ ̴͕͗t̸̨͑h̷̢̆e̴̟͛ ̴͖̕s̸͙̑ã̶̲m̸͇̓ḙ̵̽,̶̲͘ ̴̢̄ṱ̷̎o̶̬͘t̷͍̉a̸͖̽l̸̳̓l̸͈̄y̸̺̚ ̷̪̆u̶̪̎ň̴̘i̸̤̅q̴̭̒ù̴̮e̶͐͜,̸͔̒ ̴̲͆c̶͖͠o̷͍͝m̸̖͝p̸͈͛ľ̴͕e̵͚͠t̵̢̿e̸̛̯ĺ̵̯y̶͕͑ ̴͙̓n̸̢̈ő̸̧ẗ̴̟́ ̷̖̎e̷͚͒v̸̺͝ē̴̮r̴̮̈́ ̵̺̊b̷̲̈e̵͎̅e̶̻͋n̸̹̏ ̶̖̎d̶͙̽o̴̥͛n̸̠̈́ė̵̟ ̵̣̄b̷̹͋e̷͙̓f̶͙̎ǫ̵̂r̸͓̎e̸̹͆,̷̺̏ ̴͍̃u̶̟͗ň̵͇à̷̲f̴͎̅r̸̟͂â̴̟i̷͙͌d̸̩͑ ̸̬̐ţ̸̇ó̸̖ ̶͚̾r̴͚̓è̶̩f̷̘̑e̵̠̿r̶̦͠ȅ̷̖n̸̯̆c̴̝̈́e̸̫͊ ̵͓͂o̷̬͘ṛ̵͘ ̸͔̄n̸̖̊o̸̝͋t̵̬͗ ̶̻̀r̸͎͐e̶̢͊f̵̹͌e̶̯͝r̷̨͠ḙ̶͌ṉ̶̅c̸͈͌e̷̢̛,̸̫̄ ̵̢͝p̷̯͝u̷̼̿t̷͔͑ ̶͔͘ī̴͔t̴̬͆ ̶͙̄i̴̧̽n̸̨̈́ ̴̞̿ạ̴̈ ̸̰̾b̸͕̋l̴̦͑é̸̳n̶̞̑d̷̰͝e̴͍̊r̷̠͠,̶͉͛ ̴̞͗s̶̻̎ĥ̷͚i̵͔̋ẗ̷̠́ ̸̡́ō̷̦n̷̮͌ ̸̞͌i̶̯͑ẗ̶̫,̶̩̎ ̵̹̂v̸̙͊o̵̼͝m̶͔͆ǐ̷̗t̴̛̯ ̶̐͜o̶̲͠ṉ̴̏ ̸̻̈́i̴̬̓t̷̻͗,̷̳̓ ̴͋͜ě̷ͅa̷̲͝t̸̼̕ ̴̞̿i̶̖͘t̶͇̾,̴̺̈ ̶̥̇g̵̬͋i̷̬͋v̸̦̅e̸̝͂ ̷̄͜b̸͋ͅi̶̪͘ř̷̻t̶̨̕h̶͍̚ ̴͚̿ṫ̸̩ô̷͕ ̴̪̈i̷̱͝ẗ̴͓́.̶̘̌ I am the resident Nailah stan here, and you chose her best song. I just wish it was a more original choice as well. I also just want to mention that afro, bouyon, chutney, dennery segment, jabjab, ragga and power soca, Boujee is not xoxo
Olivia: Being eliminated has done you a lot of good because this is another great entry. It slapped me in the face and I was thankful for it. It was a bop, it's as simple as that. Love to see this stronger side of you, let's hope you'll keep it up!
