THE VOTING
Every participating country along with the pre-qualified countries have to vote in their respective semi-final.
Keep in mind that voting in your semi-final is mandatory. If you didn't qualify from the QF, voting in the semis is encouraged but not required
Regardless if you're a participant or not, you can vote in both semi-finals.

Own Africavision Song Contest 10VOTING IS CLOSEDSadly, 5 nations failed to vote. They are  Botswana,  Cabo Verde,  Gabon,  Mauritania, and  South Sudan. Of these 5, only 1 did not ask for a replacement. As such, Botswana will recieve a 25% strike. If they fail to vote in the final, they will lose their nation. I will not promise results this weekend, as I will be out of town for this weekend, but next week, absolutely.
Replacing their votes are  Lux , uhsting ,  Alex Memphis ,  Chim , &  Chante™ respectively.
