Own Africavision Song Contest 10VOTING HAS CLOSED
Sadly, not everyone voted.  Cabo Verde,  Gabon,  Mauritania, and  Sierra Leone all failed to vote. Of them, only Cabo Verde asked for a replacer. As such, Gabon, Mauritania, and Sierra Leone will all recieve a 25% strike. I do not know if there will be replacers used, as the votes are really tight, but I will let you know as soon as I make a firm decision.
In the meantime, feel free to make any and all predictions on the result.
EDIT: In the time afterwards, Mauritania and Sierra Leone sent their votes to me. As such, their votes were used and they'll get a 10% strike instead.  Wys and their votes replaced Cabo Verde's and a pot vote was used for the Gabonese points. Results will probably drop next week.
