Latvija Decides • The Latvian national selection for the 38th NorthVision Song Contest
The very first edition of
Latvija Decides, also marking the return of a National Selection for the Baltic State since the unfortunate events of the 33rd edition will see 5 Songs competing, but only one will be representing the country in the
