After the news of an internal turnover at the Monegasque NVSC delegation broke out, fans were worried wether this means that Monaco's run at the North Vision Song Contest would end. However, after a quick deliberation period TMC can confirm that Monaco will be present at NVSC 39!
Alongside the confirmation TMC also presented the new Head of Delegation Matilda Desfilles, who will from now on oversee the entry selection process. Just like in the past Monaco will use an internal selection to choose their song. Monaco will look forward to the next edition, where ever it will be held, and excited about the future after fellow micronation Andorra managed to win the previous edition.
Well the time has come. After 11 editions I got an offer too good to refuse and left Estonia. My time with Estonia was really fun, I am really happy with my results and with the way I was able to represent the variety that Estonian music had to offer. Ending after the success last edition is also perfect timing, after finding last minute a song which probably is my favorite I ever sent and qualifying with it, as well with the success the Baltic countries had together, finally being together in the final after so long. I really hope whoever gets Estonia next will be able to enjoy the country as much as I do!
Finally I also want to thank Alex for allowing me to take over Monaco! Your footsteps are enourmous to fill and I hope I do your constant quality of entries justice.

 SHALOM NORTHVISION! This morning, KAN confirmed the Israeli participation in the 39th edition of the Northvision Song Contest, held in the  Andorra. The head of delegation Maxim Raevsky added:
"We're so proud of Nasrin Kadri for reaching the left side of the scoreboard in  Leeds. We hope we can enter the Top 10 in the near future!"
Once again, the Israeli entry will be chosen through the national selection show Israelifest. This 5th edition is titled "Shir Le'Andora".
Newcomers and established singers from Israel and beyond are invited to submit their potential entries via www.kan.org.il/northvision

Greece confirms participation.
Despite the second non-qualification in a row, the Greek broadcaster  ERT has confirmed that the Mediterranean nation will participate in the upcoming contest.

The Greek North Vision site Northvisionfun reported that the delegation was considering to select their entry via the national selection for this edition. However, ERT is yet to confirm wether NorthSong will be back or not. More informations regarding the Greek participation are to come soon!

A NEW HOPE FOR GEORGIA!
Experiencing another loss this edition, where  Nino Basilaya ended in the bottom five of the semi-finals in Leeds, which causes the Caucasian country to experience another Pre-Qualification round that will be held in Latvia this edition. The departed delegation expressed their gratitude for handling the country in the contest for four editions. Leaving the statement, "We did our best and we wish the new team the best of luck for this country."
With the departure of the previous delegation, a new team is set to take charge with Georgia's journey in the Northvision Song Contest. Stating the obvious, the newly appointed delegation expressed their disappointment towards the country's recent results. However, the new team is also using the previous struggles in order to motivate themselves into creating a new, and more successful results for the country.
This reason is why the new Georgian delegation is proud to announce that Georgia will participate in the upcoming Pre-Qualification Round that will be held in Latvia, with the hopes of continuing their journey in the 39th Edition of the contest to be held in Andorra.
The selection method for this edition will be INTERNAL.
Such method is being used due to the very tight budget given to the broadcaster. Their submission lines are currently open to all acts in Georgia, big name or independent artists are welcome to send their songs to the Georgian selection team.
An announcement regarding the selected artist and song will be revealed on a later date once the team has finalized everything needed for the edition.

I just want to say that I am very thankful that I finally got to join NVSC as a HoD after waiting for so many years. Although this is not the ideal start that I wanted, I am grateful to all those people who are sending out suggestions. Wish me luck!

will be present in Andorra. The song will be chosen in a National Final. |

 Russia can announce that it will participate in the upcoming pre-qualification round in  Latvia to try and make it to Andorra!
The submission window is open for the artist to submit their song to the broadcaster. More information will follow soon. |

 NEW HORIZONS FOR ALGERIA Following the departure of our previous Head of Delegation, the Algerian delegation has already found a new leader, vaggelis10 .
And as that person, I am proud to announce that  Algeria will participate in the upcoming edition of the North Vision Song Contest in Andorra.
The method to select our entry has not yet been decided upon, however, it is, more likely, that it will be through an internal selection this time round. Why? Because the new delegation has just taken over, and needs some time to get acquainted with the competition and the musical industry of this country. Talks are already being made with several artists, and the selected act is likely to be submitted for approval soon.
Additionally, in this form, you may submit any artists you would like to see representing Algeria, and your suggestion may become our entry!
