  Poland confirms participation in NVSC #39 ! Polish delegation revealed that they are going to be present in the upcoming edition of North Vistion Song Contest. Before that Poland will compete in the PQR. More information will be announced soon.

Morocco confirms participation and announces entry!Casablanca • June 14th, 2022Despite another unsuccessful result for the country in  Leeds, where Yacine Dessouki & NDRK feauturing Nukad represented the nation with their song "Nar" and failed to qualify, placing 20th in the second semi-final of the edition, Morocco will be present in the 39th edition of the contest.The Head of Delegation for Morocco and Director of International Relations for the broadcaster also announced the artist and the song during a press conference at the headquarters of 2M TV in  Casablanca.
La Bronze will represent Morocco in NVSC 39!
 La Bronze, the pseudonym of Nadia Essadiqi, is a Moroccan-Québecois singer-songwriter and actress. To this day, she has released two studio albums: her eponymous debut in 2014 and Les corps infinis in 2017, and her Rois de nous EP in 2016, which have all received acclaim from the Québecois music scene. She is best known for her Maghrebi Arabic cover of Stromae's Formidable, which has garnered nearly three million views on YouTube.
La Bronze is no stranger to Northvision Song Contest as she previously represented Morocco back in Northvisiong Song Contest #27 in  Ukraine placing 16th in the Grand Final. She will perform a song from her most recent album - Vis mois.

 New era for baltic nation Thursday, 16 June • 22:11 The Estonian broadcaster has officially changed the Head of Delegation, and begins a new period in Estonia's history with the competition. After the qualification pattern of qualification and non-qualification for nine editions, Estonia is ready to continue the participation with a completely new delegation!
 Estonia confirms participation in NVSC 39 in  Andorra with internal selection.
The Estonian broadcaster decided to select the song internally, even though Eesti Laul's selections were rumored as a method of song selection. HoD does not hide, however, that an internal jury selection may take place, which will allow the successor of Jozels to be selected. The broadcaster is looking foward for the next edition and can't wait to start a new era for Estonia.

sdaghfjsgsjkdgh after 2 years I finally joined. I might seem like overreacting, but I'M SO HAPPY AND SO EXCITED. Was NVSC fan since edition 26, and I couldn't even imagine joining because it seemed so far away. So I'm more than glad to finally join you all as full HoD and enjoy the contest fully with you all 
And also wanted to thank a lot Aless for choosing me as portuguese co-hod. Thanks to you i could get to know contest better and closer, feel like participant and know more about rules and taste. It seems to me that since edition 33, time flies very quickly because I felt like a participant and I did not look so much at the waiting list, so I love you and I had so so much fun. And now thanks to you i'm joining not that blinded and I know more about contest. Good luck with Portugal now

- Welcome to Andorra! - After a long silence, RTVA has confirmed in a press conference that Andorra will obviously be present in the thirty-ninth edition of the contest. After the victory of Belén Aguilera, the country is working hard to bring the contest to a micronation for the first time. Given the great popularity of the Descobrint Andorra in the country, a second edition of it has been renewed and will be used to find the host entry!
"Descobrint Andorra #2" (Discovering Andorra #2) will once again see 8 participants try to win the ticket to the North Vision Song Contest stage. As in the previous edition, the broadcaster has announced that it will do its best to present a 25% of Andorran talent in the selection. The new participants will be announced in the following weeks so stay tuned for this new edition of this selection!

 Iceland confirms! 18 June 2022 • Reykjavík, Iceland RÚV has just confirmed that  Iceland will participate in the 39th edition of the North Vision Song Contest.
This makes Iceland the latest country to confirm for the pre-qualification round, due to be held in Latvia.
The confirmation comes as a surprise, as local media has recently been reporting that the northern country would withdraw from the contest due to the delegation being critical of the pre-qualification round and not seeing any point in participating. However, the delegation clarified this on national television today, stating that:
Although we do not believe that it is fully worth our while participating in the pre-qualification round, we must stay in the contest for the time being... viewing figures are still incredibly high, with over a 90% share during the grand final last edition despite our non-qualification. The fans don't agree with the decision to withdraw, and since they are what keeps NVSC alive in Iceland, we must take their views and opinions into consideration.
Even Iceland's biggest NVSC fan and critic, Sigga Kling, did not agree with a withdrawal:
I am convinced at this stage that North Vision just hates Iceland. However, withdrawing would be giving those haters what they want. We can't be gotten rid of that easily. Plus, I wouldn't have a job - so I kinda need to support our participation.

TÜRKIYE CONFIRMS FOR NVSC #39
Türkiye will take part in the next North Vision Song Contest. This will mark the 37th participation of the country in the competition.
The method of selection has still to be officially announced. A national final is likely to be held.

NORTH MACEDONIA CONFIRMS! 18th June 2022 • Skopje, North Macedonia Earlier This Morning, the  North Macedonian Delegation team discussed their future in the Northvision Song Contest. Following the non-qualification from the Semi-Final, All members expressed their interest to Continue Participation at the Worldwide Contest.
"The Desire and Interest of the contest is still very lively in the North Macedonian Public. We are we will keep trying until we become more successful.More Informationon that will be revealed soon!"
