Rules:
1. Each song must come from the Junior/Adult Eurovision Song Contest
2. Each song must be from at least the 48th edition
3. Each song must have ranked outside the top 5 (with some exeptions)
4. Each song must represent their intended country
5. Only countries with fewer than 7 participations starting from the 48th contest are allowed to borrow songs.
Penalties
If the song isn't chosen at least 30 days after confirmation, the country gets relgated.
