THE VOTING
Every participating country along with the pre-qualified countries have to vote in their respective semi-final.
Keep in mind that voting in your semi-final is mandatory. If you didn't qualify from the QF, voting in the semis is encouraged but not required
Regardless if you're a participant or not, you can vote in both semi-finals.

Own Africavision Song Contest 12Voting is Closed
Sadly, not every nation voted in time.  Brazzaville,  Comoros,  Kenya, and  Liberia all failed to vote. Despite this, only Liberia failed to request a replacement. As such, Brazzaville, Comoros, and Kenya will have their votes replaced with no punishment. Liberia will receive a 25% warning, which will move Euu to 80%. If Euu fails to vote in the final, she will reach 200% overall, meaning that she will not only lose her nation, but also be barred from competing for two edition. Results will be coming out soon so bebe rainbowfish
