After successfully hosting the magnificent and spectacular event last edition in the capital  Eritrea, the last edition’s host country confirmed its presence in the upcoming event beforehand right after the winner was crowned. While it is not publicly known but the next entrant and entry were officially revealed during the final results show some hours ago as well. This might clock someone so please welcome. . .
  Rubi Rose Benton is an American rapper, songwriter and model who was born in  Lexington, Kentucky, where she was also raised, by Nardos Ghebrelul, her mother, an Eritrean immigrant dentist raised in  Ethiopia, and John Benton, her father, who is a lawyer of Japanese, African American and European descent. She lived for one year in  Geneva, Switzerlan and then moved to  Atlanta, Georgia in her junior year of high school. She attended Brookwood High School in Snellville, Georgia and ran track. She studied politics at Georgia State University.
Rubi Rose first gained fame as the main model for hip-hop group Migos' music video for the single "Bad and Boujee". Around this time, she started regularly featuring on a Twitch stream with Jamaican-born East Coast Hip Hop Commentator  DJ Akademiks. Rose started her music career in September 2018 with a remix of "On Top", a song made by Playboi Carti. In 2019, she made traction with her single "Big Mouth". Rose made a cameo appearance in American rapper  Cardi B's music video for her single "WAP", which was released on August 7, 2020.
On April 7, during the 13th Own Africavision a song Contest’s final results announcement, she is introduced to the public as the Eritrean representative for the upcoming Africa-wide music competition. Now we can present her entry which is...

This is an iconic anthem known for expressing her sexuality in a relatively transphobic country.    T8iana is an icon and an inspiration for those who seek to pave their own path, she is known being bold and leading the way for the trans community. This in my opinion bops and Is a breathe of fresh non-Ribongian air for the Mauritian people. As the HoD for the Mauritian delegation I wish her luck in _______.

Zambia has chosen their entry
After achieving Zambia's first medal and best result at the contest, we hope to continue with an era of strong Zambian entries.For the fourteenth edition, this means we will be using a new artist who happens to be amongst the HoD Tommy's most streamed artists: Purple Gremlin! Purple Gremlin, or PG for short, is an EDM artist straight out of the capital Lusaka. His submission to a remix contest on SKIO music is the song that we will be using in Mayotte this edition. Featuring British-Indian DJ from Leicester Varski and Brighton-based Abi Flynn, Hypnotic should hopefully be the song that hypnotises the contest into coming down to Zambia!Clip for the contest:*finding an appropriate timeslot was extremely hard, especially for 25 seconds. 0:03-0:28 may be the best decision, although it has the downside of cutting out the title being sungFull song:
