 Cameroon confirms their participation in the Own Africavision Song Contest 14. After the recent non-qualification, the broadcaster decided to fire and replace the current head of delegation. However, they could not find any competent replacement, so they've chosen former  Bissau-Guinean head of delegation Kenajabam to take over.
Yes, this means Hayashi and I agreed to swap our countries.
