Own Africavision Song Contest 13VOTING IS CLOSED
This was certainly a voting period of all time.  Burundi,  Cabo Verde,  Comoros,  Ethiopia &  Gabon all failed to vote, while  Congo-Brazzaville &  Sierra Leone voted after the deadline. Of these, Cabo Verde and Sierra Leone notified me of needing a replacer or an extension, Ethiopia left the forums during the extended hiatus of the contest, Burundi and Comoros haven't been online (with Comoros posting their entry on the one day they've been online and then they dipped), and Gabon got banned during this time frame. As such, Cape Verde, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia and Gabon won't be penalised, Congo-Brazzaville will get a 5% strike (as they voted during the extension given to Sierra Leone), while Burundi and Comoros will get a 25% strike. If Comoros fails to vote during the final, they will lose their nation.

In the case of Comoros, they did not know how to vote and asked for my help 4 days before the deadline. That said, they still should have voted, as even they recognised that the deadline was reasonable.
