  SAS Group Orangina Grand Prix - Free Practice and Qualifying
Orangina City - Formula Fantasia is excited to welcome you all to the first ever Grand Prix of the inaugural Formula 1 season, right here in Orangina City, Orangina. After an exciting week leading up to the Grand Prix and the opening, we are finally ready for the action and the first results. Yesterday saw a teams and drivers presentation as well as Free Practice 1 and Free Practice 2. We would like to thank everyone that attended yesterday's event. Today there was action the whole day, starting with Free Practice 3 this morning. Thunderbolt driver  Emil Wallin came out on Top in all three of the practice sessions. To see the rest of the Top 3 results of the Free Practice sessions we encourage you to look at the Google Doc that will be provided at the end of the weekend tomorrow.
After the first three practice sessions of the season were complete we came to the first session whose results would matter, with the Qualifying session that finished about an hour ago. Qualifying saw all 24 drivers take to the track during the Q1 session. At the end of Q1, seven drivers were sadly eliminated. Among these seven were both ZENITH and Aurora GP drivers, as well as  Valentin Bogrov (Price-Houghton),  Miyano Katsuhiko (jm Racing) and  Elliot Owens (Stella). Topping Q1 was Quadrant driver  Svenn Thoe. In Q2 we saw another seven drivers eliminated including both MV Motorsport and Theta drivers as well as the teammates of the drivers eliminted in Q1.  Leonardo Tulipani, teammate to Svenn Thoe at Quadrant was the fastest driver in Q2. The top ten then moved on to compete in Q3 to set the first ten spots on tomorrows grid. After each driver lapped twice around the Orangina City Circuit, Quadrant's Leonardo Tulipani ultimately came out on top, claiming the first pole position of the season. Lining up next to him will be Red Dragon driver  Ludovic Bruneau.

SAS Group Orangina Grand Prix - Raceday
Orangina City - "It's Lights Out and Away We Go." Welcome to the Orangina Grand Prix and raceday has arrived. We have Leonardo Tulipani starting on pole after a successful qualifying session yesterday. Starting next to him is Ludovic Bruneau hoping to launch an attack into Turn 1 and taking the lead of the race early on while Elliot Owens will try to make good on his P24 in Qualifying yesterday. Let's see how things shook out.
The race got of to an uneventful start with Tulipani still leading after the first lap. The second lap however brought on the first action as MV driver Morikawa Utako hit teammate  Juan Carlos Sáenz going into Turn 5. Sáenz only suffered light damage to his front wing, Utako on the other hand did not get away so lucky with the damage sustained from the collision forcing her to withdraw from the race the following lap. After this the race settled in, Tulipani fighting off challenges from Bruneau, teammate Svenn Thoe, Angeline Chauveau and a very fast Emil Wallin climbing from P7 to P3 in the span of just three laps. The next action we would get to see came on lap 38 as  Meech Reeves and Stella driver  Simón Hurtado fought their way through the pack to P9 and P10 respectively and we saw a great battle between the two and  Karri Valtonen for P8 which Reeves ultimately came out on top. Lap 42 then saw the next withdrawal as  Eric Nydegger entered pit lane but never rejoined the track after hitting the wall on the main straight and sustaining bad enough damage to force his retirement. After another quiet period that saw Meech Reeves fight his way to the Top 5 we come to Lap 56 when a lock-up from Ludovic Bruneau going into Turn 6 gave Pyrenee driver Angeline Chauveau and Quadrant driver Svenn Thoe the opportunity to overtake the Lakadamian in the following turns. Meanwhile  Batyr Ovezov managed to climb his way from P23 all the way to P11 now fighting with teammate  Leonardo Garcia and Team LH driver Bent Arneson for P10. A battle he would ultimately win. Lap 67 then saw a short red flag period as jm Racing driver  Chimpu Pari collided with the tyre barriers near Turn 2 and touching Theta driver  Emmanuel Ahler in the process, ending his own race and removing any chance of points Ahler still had. Lap 71 then saw the final action with Valentin Bogrov having to retire after his engine overheated. After 93 laps the chequered flag finally fell for Leonardo Tulipani to take home his first win in F1. Joining him on the podium are Angeline Chauveau and teammate Svenn Thoe.
