North Vision Song Contest 41 • Grand Final Results

Wow this edition was honestly so good and I'm super sad it ended, I really didn't know what was going to happen throughout the whole final, and I truly felt anyone could win so I'm super happy with what it turned out to and the winner was SUPER well deserved.

Portugal - Congrats on your win! I absolutely adored the song, and while I did not point it in the final I really wanted to. It was 11th place in my rankings so just barely missing out. At first I was very unsure about the song when I heard it first in another song contest I'm a participate however it grew to a point when I saw it pop up here I was super down with having this sound in the edition. I really enjoy it, and I'm so happy it won really good job!

Ireland - Congrats on runner-up! I really enjoyed this song and while it was a bit controversial given the whole origin situation, I don't honestly blame you for sending this song because it's such a banger and I'm super happy it performed well here. I really have nothing much else to say but congrats because you really deserve this top 6 placement!

Netherlands - Honestly I'm glad to see this place quite high even if I've seen this song submitted everywhere and anyone I'm participating. However it's a good song and I'm not gonna get mad over a bop doing well in this competition. This is such a fun song and I am pleasantly surprised to see it place 3rd honestly really great job!

Bosnia & Herzegovina - This is probably one of the biggest shocks for me out of the big 6 placements I mean it's a balkan bop and I'm not gonna complain about it. It's such a fun upbeat song and it really brings that balkan sound full force. Congrats on getting such a small country into AQ territory next edition, I always enjoy what Bosnia serves in Northvision so I hope you keep it up!

Azerbaijan - YASS I'm so happy this song got top 6, I was hoping it would win but I'm not mad that it didn't since it won in Fortuna. It's just a fun song and you can't say that it gets stuck in your head espcially the chorus being just a simple phrase. It's such a fun bop and I'm really glad Azerbaijan is finally getting her flowers.

Monaco - This is another song that pleasantly surprised me but I truly am not complaining about it because it's so beautiful, this this was probably THE ballad of the edition and I'm so glad it's getting the recgonition it deserves. Novembre Ultra is an amazing artist and I'm glad to see Monaco as an AQ after the close attempts in the past.

Overall this big 6 was an amazing 6, but I always want to shout out a song that I felt was most robbed so

Sweden - Now why is this song last? I just like the vibes it gave, and while it is a bit of a dated sound I think it brought a fresh take to this contest, and definitely had a different sound then all the pop girlies here in this final. Overall I do not think it deserved last and I'm just very shocked on this but oh well, I believe this song is super underrated and I find it really pleasurable

Before I start, I'd like to remind everyone of the impact that our words can have on others, and to choose our words wisely before typing them out. Back during the semi-final results, I was frustrated with the outcome and I lashed out a little in both the Discord and Cytube chats. My sincere apologies go out to all those that might've been offended by my words. From now on, let's bear mind that this is a fictional song contest and the results don't mean much in the grand scheme of things.

Congrats to Aless on the win! This was a long time coming, and if Portugal was ever going to win this contest, it would've been with something like this. It may have been in a bunch of other contests, but I feel like it goes to show that the song has earned its respect amongst us. I'm looking for to what Portugal has to offer in the future.

No hate to the song or the user, but I'm kinda glad this didn't win. The inclusion and success of the foreign acts this edition ended up being pretty polarizing; so while the songs were good and well-respected, their means of participation ended up being put into question. Nonetheless, I hope that nail salon in Dublin ends up doing well.

I had a hope of Qing but in the end we didn't, I find the song truly underrated while other basic songs are always biased, thanks for 12ing me x2
