Sorry, I fell asleep prematurely, but the United States are indeed ready to participate with a national selection!

UNITED STATES ANNOUNCEMENT I'm doing a more detailed post to explain you guys what's going to happen because the American selection will be a bit more complicated than usual.
First of all, I'm revealing the theme of the 18th edition of US Select Song: we're going to have a selection of artists from New York City!
The theme and the line-up of the 19th edition of our selection have also been revealed to the host of the contest. The theme is: Nashville Music Festival (a selection of artists from Nashville).
However, two events happened recently and made me change my plans:
- A new edition of Own USA Vision Song Contest is opening at the same time, which allows me to do what I wanted to do for a while: organising two editions of US Select Song at the same time (one for USA here, one for Tennessee there), plus the fact that the selection I prepared for the 19th edition of my selection is completely eligible to Tennessee for Own USA Vision Song Contest so I don't need to do any changes. - One of the five singers has be spotted and will represent USA to another contest, potentially with the same song that I chose, and if that happens, the song wouldn't be eligible to this contest anymore. And the fact is that I don't really want to change my line-up or to switch my two selections.
So this is why the national selection I planned for next edition will take place there and now.
This change has another consequence: for the 20th edition of my selection, I planned to redo the experience of the 10th edition, and let the voters suggest themes. THis meands that I'll open the suggestions this edition and not next edition as I planned. So you can start thinking about it...

This was supposed to be for Halloween, but I guess it's never too late for spooky vibes... IRELAND Lankum - Go Dig My Grave3:55+ P.S. to any voters listening in full: this is the longest entry I've sent on the forums thus far, and the latter half of this song is basically 4 minutes of constant folk-metal "noise". If you want a shorter version of the song without as much noise, use the live version here.
