HOSTING DETAILS

THE VENUE

The New Clark City Athletics Stadium, also referred to as the New Clark Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium located at the New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac, Philippines. It is the primary venue of the New Clark City Sports Hub, which is part of the National Government Administrative Center. It hosted the athletics events and the closing ceremony of the 2019 Southeast Asian Games.

The stadium which sits on a footprint of 25,000 m2 (270,000 sq ft) has a seating capacity for 20,000 people and has 21 rows of seats.

THE CITY

Capas, officially the Municipality of Capas (Kapampangan: Balen ning Capas; Tagalog: Bayan ng Capas), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Tarlac, Philippines, and one of the richest towns in the province. The town also consists of numerous subdivisions and exclusive villages.

Capas is being dubbed as the “Tourism Capital of Tarlac." Apart from being known as the final site of the infamous Bataan Death March, it is also known for Mount Pinatubo treks, where thousands of mountaineers and visitors go. The town has some industrial factories like the PilMiCo.

THE PRESENTERS

Darren Espanto is a Filipino-Canadian singer, and actor. He made his first television appearance at the same age when he joined YTV's reality television The Next Star in 2012; he became the youngest finalist in the history of the show to be included in the Top 6. However, he rose to prominence after joining the first season of The Voice Kids Philippines. On June 1, 2014, Espanto became a part of ABS-CBN's Star Magic.

Dotter (Johanna Maria Jansson) is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She was born in Arvika and later moved to Stockholm and studied at the Kulturama music school. She finished second in Melodifestivalen 2020 with her song "Bulletproof", one point behind The Mamas. In Melodifestivalen 2021, where she competed with the song "Little Tot", she placed fourth with 105 points.

Marina Summers (Adrian Matthew Guinto Alabado) is a Filipino drag performer best known for competing on the first season of Drag Race Philippines. She released her debut single "I Have Arrived" in November 2020. In late 2022, she released the single "Divine", produced by Moophs of Tarsier Records, who was also the producer of the song "Pop Off Ate" from the Drag Race Philippines girl group challenge. The song was later selected as the Philiden's entry for the 12th Binational Music Fest.
