Own American Broadcasting Association and the host broadcaster Daher Broadcasting System revealed more details about the upcoming seventeenth edition of the Own Americavision Song Contest.

THE LOGO
"Link Up" conveys the idea of collaboration in the context of sailing and exploration. It encourages individuals to come together, forge connections, and collectively navigate the uncharted waters of new horizons. The slogan encapsulates the idea that through unity, cooperation, and shared efforts, the journey across the waters becomes not just an individual endeavor but a collaborative voyage toward new and exciting possibilities.
THE HOST CITY
Castries is the capital and largest city of Saint Lucia, an island country in the Caribbean. The urban area has a population of approximately 20,000, while the eponymous district has a population of 70,000, as at May 2013. The city covers 80 km2.
THE VENUE
The Castries City Hall is located in the centre of St Lucia's capital city. It comprises of both mayor's office and city police department and a hall big enough to host an audience, where we will welcome all of the delegations.
THE PRESENTERS
Chanté Marie is a versatile singer/songwriter. She is an alumni of the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, and has since gone on to write professionally for upcoming artists in the UK and internationally across a diverse range of genres. She had represented Saint Lucia in the edition before Poppy Ajudha's win. Her Song 'Link Up' embodies the spirit of the coming edition, making different nations link up under the goal of sharing cultures and having a good time together. Saint Lucia itself is a hotspot of mixing culture, with English, French and Caribbean influences.
Monét X Change is the stage name of Kevin Akeem Bertin, an American drag queen, singer, podcaster, and reality television personality. She is known for competing on the tenth season of RuPaul's Drag Race, on which she placed sixth and was crowned the season's Miss Congeniality, and for winning the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars alongside Trinity the Tuck. She returned to compete in the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, an all-winners season, where she placed runner-up. Monét X Change had also represented Saint Lucia in the 4th edition with the song "Soak It Up", being the first qualification to the final of the country.
