How they work:
1. Users will be given a decade. 1940s-1990s. The decades will be given by a random generator, and decades can go to more than one user. For example- Liev and Shane both have the 50s, Christian ends up with the 90s, and I end up with the 40s.
2. Each user gets a country, randomly.
3. Self-descriptive
4. Self-descriptive
5. Songs from 1940-1967 only.
Also say if this should be fore edition 4 or 5.

One edition I don't think it'd be unfair- there's tons if great 40s-60s music. Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, The Temptations, and many more. The British Invasion bands started in the 60s. I'm a huge fan of 40s and 50s music. Huuuuuge  Thurston Harris's Little Bitty Pretty one is number 3 on my most played songs |
