The Voice...of North America #1

I won't let Puerto Rico enter right now as it is possibly making steps to become the 51st US State. I'm checking on this event regularly to see if the status changes. If PR looks as if it is definitively going to stay a territory, I will let it participate.

I don't mind having some uber-popular singers in editions, but if I think that too many songs have already been submitted, I'll decline the entry. Yes, popular singers ARE part of American/Canadian music but aren't ALL of it, so I'll accept songs by them but I want a mixture of popular and lesser-known because *that* truly represent North American music.
