Did you read the new voting rules for Eurovision?  It will sum up the rankings from the results of Televoting + Juries, and not anymore with points  I think this will block out political voting system I think and results are more mixed. E.g. In the old system the combined points would have been calculated like this:  Estonia 12 points + 0 points = 12 points  Germany 0 points + 0 points = 0 points In the new system the ranks would be calculated like this: Estonia: 1st rank + 25th rank = 26th rank Germany: 11th + 11th = 22nd rank of a country, of course.
