So this is the plan (tell me your honest opinion or give me some of your ideas!): Each edition will have a maximum of 5 national selections. During the final of each edition, everyone who would like to create a national selection for the next edition will be able to send me a message on YouTube telling me which country they'd like to make a national selection for including a name for the selection. Submissions for national selections will close once the final results have been revealed. Then what would happen is the participants that came in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place would vote for which 5 selections they would like to see in the next edition. They would be told the name of the national selection and which country the selection would be made for. They would not know who is creating each selection. So their votes would look like:  NS for   NS for   NS for  4th. NS for  5th. NS for  The votes would then be counted and the 5 selections with the most votes would be able to take place in the next edition of ISC. (Of course if only 5 or less selections are submitted then they would automatically be chosen  ) |

^You mean to say that only the winner, 1st and 2nd runner upper of the current edition will be able to vote for what NSs they like to see in the next ISC?  |

That can be changed It's just a thought as a kind of "prize" for the top 3  |

^^^No, users might get an idea as to who are making those NSs if they made logos.

I might make a NS, can you do a series? But I don't want to hog a country that others want to submit for. Honestly, I'm not too sure at the moment Personally I think a series would be great, but I know it would get a mixed response.
