Would any non-participates like to be a jury member in NVSC? I would like 3 juries.
Jury will vote in one Semi Final and the Final.
Here is the ability of the Jury.
In Semi Finals, 10 countries will qualify out of 19 and with Hungary, it will make 21. There will be a total of 22 qualifiers. The 3 jury together will pick the 22nd qualifier. They can pick any country even if they came in dead last. The juries will not know the places of the non-qualifiers!
