Oikotimes never list their sources anywhere.
But they mentioned RTSH reacted to the panorama claim, that said Albania were considering withdrawal. When in the end, wasn't true at all.

We still have Greece, Cyprus or Bulgaria as possibly withdraw. For Greece, ERT has closed currently and it may affect the country's participation in the contest. Cyprus and Bulgaria may withdraw because of the bad results or Cyprus for the bad economy.
