I have heard that 2M TV of Morocco has said that they wont participate in eurovision anymore because the budget is too High and they can do other things with that money!! I must agree with them I think we will get low places and never gonna qualify like Andorra, Montenegro, Netherlands(Qualified 2x), Bulgaria(Qualified 1x), Slovakia & Czech Republic! |

Cyprus is always considered as a withdrawal but at the end we participate  Only in 2012 we confirmed somehow early. We confirmed in August with Ivi  |
