NEW FORMAT, RULES AND VOTING NOW STARTING FROM IFSC 26!
THE NEW, REVISED RULES:
- No ESC/JESC Songs
- The Artist must be from the country/nation itself, root relations are no longer being used.
- The country must have a broadcaster, head of delegation (you), and a known person from that country, not an artist, as voting spokesperson.
- Votes can be given via forums or YouTube using the known person as voting spokesperson giving the votes, storywise.
- New Voting System
- If a user wins, he or she MUST use the country they've won with.
IFSC 25 had an unclear Tiebreak rule and there were 2 winners:
Meaning ESCFan13 has
Taiwan automatically and Alex the same for 
Portugal.
- 1 Edition can maximally last for 2 weeks.
Since IFSC 25 had 2 winners, I have done a 2 out of 3 coinflip for the location and it is:
Lisbon, Portugal. Sorry Taipei..
We have a NEW voting system ready from IFSC 26. It will be like this:
Based on the number of participants, we will base the number of points you can give.
If there are 18, it will be 90 points, if 12, 45 points and so on.
You can then only give 3 countries a maximum of 10 points. So 12 points are out, maximum of 10 points to a max. of 3 countries.
The rest of your point can be freely distributed to the countries, ranging from 1 - 9 points.
Example: 12 Participants (45 Points)

Now the Points are out, so now only available are 1 - 9 points.
Germany
USA
Latvia
Estonia.
Now my 45 points are given.

We made this, so you can have multiple favorites, and there is room to give even all countries points, so it creates a more dynamic voting.
