Welcome to the Northvision Blacklist
Please note that strikes apply to the junior version of the contest as well.
Ban consequences: Losing your country for 5 editions.
If cheating on National Selection occurs, the country will get a strike but it will also be suspended from the edition the National Selection is for.
Blacklist:
For a fair voting and fairplay towards every user, the NBU will give a strike for every voting fail, but
if an user proves that his activity was limited or compromised during the voting deadline, due to various internal problems
the strike will be removed.
Denotes the user doesn't have a country in NVSC at the moment.
Bold & 3 Strikes or 'CHEATER' denote that the user is banned for 5 editions.
Please, pay attention, being in time for voting is basic!

| Get 1 Strike | - Failing to say anything about the confirmation - Failing to submit a song on the deadline (If confirmed); - Failing to vote (In Semifinal or Final); - Cheat on National Selection; - Including foreign acts without approval in a NS; - Other actions that might put the contest in danger. |
| Be Directly Banned | - Getting 3 strikes; - Cheat on voting; - Multi-Accounts. |
