RTL is searching for a new head of delegation!  The new  Luxembourger HoD will be helped by me in the research for Luxembourger singers and songwriters Every change will be made from NVSC 6 onwards. I'm interested in the following countries:  Estonia (!) How Bogs How Blue Poland  Germany  United Kingdom (!) @languagenerd09 Greece (!) @shadowtiger97 Iceland (!) EurovisionJess Norway  Romania  Cyprus I might value other countries as well  |

RickAs much as I love having my home country being my NVSC one, i've decided to go ahead and make the swap. I therefore confirm that I will be swapping the United Kingdom with Luxembourg.

 Italy has confirmed that the current negotiations with  Belgium have broken down in the final stages, and is currently putting a job ad on starting for NVSC 7, available to all countries. If no other offer applies, Italy will reconsider further negotiations with Belgium. |

" After talks in meetings with the head of delegation for Luxembourg, the UK team behind the contest NVSC have unsuccessfully came to mutual agreement and therefore the UK will stay the same team.
The UK have decided now that the country is unavailable.
The UK apologised to Luxembourg for any caused inconvenience.
The NVSC team are now in talks together for planning the first national selection for the United Kingdom at the next contest - NVSC 6.
