Since Daniel doesn't want it, I will revoke the rule about Portugal borrowing from Brazil. But, France CAN borrow from Québec.

 The last two arenas to join!Two more arenas have joined and the applications have closed now. The Scandinavium in Gothenburg is the 6th arena that wants to host NVSC 04. It's the home arena for Frölunda HC of Elitserien and hosted the Eurovision Song Contest 1985. It has a capacity of 14,000. The Sparbanken Lidköping Arena, located in Lidköping, is the 7th and last candidate. It opened in 2009 and is the home arena for the bandy team, Villa Lidköping BK. It has a capacity of 12,500. The host city will be announced on August 3! |

SVT just announced that also support banners will be made for each country.
