OK, seems like Marie-Mai won't fly to Sweden  But, let's just say a thing. (Just an example, has nothing to do with these countries) Quebecker artists represented France in ESC. Greek artists represented Cyprus in ESC. France is not allowed to borrow from Quebec. Cyprus is allowed to borrow from Greece.  Cyprus/Greece are "brothers-nations". |

^ Welcome. Logically, French singers from Quebec are really big in France and it would be plausible for them to represent France. Same with Brazil. So..  "Princesinha" can participate in NVSC 04.  |
