Dunno if I'm right but I think I can officially announce that new rule  A NATIONAL SELECTION WITH AT LEAST 10 PARTICIPANTS CAN INCLUDE 1 FOREIGN ARTIST! 
Dan and me suggested that rule at the same time and James supports that rule, so So.. I can now find 9 Moldavian artists and then I can add (for example) Alyssa Reid? Great!  |

I can already say one thing: I will only pick rather unknown artists (with unknown songs) to participate in Fantasifestivalen, because I don't think Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Pink, Flo Rida, Justin Timberlake, The Saturdays or whoever would participate in Melodifestivalen or any other NS for Eurovision Good examples for who I would pick, would be Be Ignacio, Lissa Lauria, Jenny May, Kaiia, Sys Bjerre etc. |

I won't pick any foreign artists lol All my artists are Portuguese ^^ I only wanted to get that "Only Switzerland is allowed to borrow" rule away |
