I can already say one thing: I will only pick rather unknown artists (with unknown songs) to participate in Fantasifestivalen, because I don't think Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Pink, Flo Rida, Justin Timberlake, The Saturdays or whoever would participate in Melodifestivalen or any other NS for Eurovision  Good examples for who I would pick, would be Be Ignacio, Lissa Lauria, Jenny May, Kaiia, Sys Bjerre etc. Same  Mine will be from outside Europe, I think  If I have 18 estonian participants, then can I have 2 foreign artists ? Smth like 9+1 and 9+1 |

I'm not sure yet I will probably either pick an unknown American artist or any from Europe outside Sweden And if Europe then probably from the Nordics But we'll see |

Dunno if I'm right but I think I can officially announce that new rule A NATIONAL SELECTION WITH AT LEAST 10 PARTICIPANTS CAN INCLUDE 1 FOREIGN ARTIST! 
Dan and me suggested that rule at the same time and James supports that rule, so This rule ruins North Vision for me, sorry.  Maybe going to withdraw. |

This rule is fair, but I'll stay as far as I can from that. With every country I'll get in NVSC.
I'll only borrow from neighbours when needed.
