I might use the rule, but if I do I'd probably choose the foreign artist from countries close to  Romania, like  Moldova,  Bulgaria or  Hungary  |

^ that is how I am, I don't plan using big musicians but many people don't know that this requires a NS with 10 or more musicians.

 TRM announced that they won't do a National Selection for the 5th edition.However, there are still plans on doing one in the future. |
