Dunno if I'm right but I think I can officially announce that new rule  A NATIONAL SELECTION WITH AT LEAST 10 PARTICIPANTS CAN INCLUDE 1 FOREIGN ARTIST! 
Dan and me suggested that rule at the same time and James supports that rule, so This rule ruins North Vision for me, sorry.  Maybe going to withdraw. I agree on this, it was good how it was... this is a bit crazy. In facts,  Georgia could send  Katy Perry as example. I simply don't like that idea. |

I simply don't like that idea. Well they have to find 9 Georgian artists first and Katy has to be chosen by the voters then  You are thinking that it's totally easy to send another artist. Also if only Switzerland gets the permission, isn't it even more unfair than this? |
