So, is all your family from the country you live or do you have foreign roots?  For me all my family comes from the center and the southeast of  France but I have a celtic  Irish blood too. What about you?  |

Well, basically I'm  German, but my ancestry moved from Germany to  Romania &  Bosnia & Herzegovina. Later they moved back to Germany, but I've still got many relatives in Romania and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Also, another relative comes from  the USA  |

My family are quite mixed tbh... (heres the loooong list). My family has Irish, English, Texan, Scottish, Norwegian, anglo saxon and French roots. I actually know the Norwegian version of my last name. My last name is french as well but it has loads of versions so yeah... i'm mixed  |

As you may know, I'm  Romanian,  German,  Russian and  Scottish. Dad was born in Flensburg (border with  Denmark), his dad (Alexander) was born in Helle (Brandenburg) - he lived in Hamburg, but dad's mother (Lucia) is from Edinburgh - she lived in Hamburg too. But now, my grands divorced and he's living with his new wife in  Sardignia (??) and she's living with my aunt in Focsani (near Galati). Mum was born in Sankt Petersburg, her mother in Ekaterinburg (Mandeleea) and her father (Ioan) in Galati. But now, they are both living in Galati I was born in Galati. |

Like George, my grand-grandpa/grand-grandma came from  Turkey, where it was  Greek land. My mother is from North Greece, where their grandparents immigrated. Also, because of the war I have many relatives in Germany, who immigrated, too. |

Okay, I have  Dutch, Russian,  Finnish and  Polish roots (maybe German too, not sure, haven't asked). My mom's side is strongly  Finnish/  Polish, while my dad's side is strongly Russian/ Dutch. Actually my mom's father's last name is Polish, well mostly common in Poland, actually it doesn't even have an Estonian sound to it! My dad's (and my last name) are common in England, though it's really an Estonian last name, because my dad's parent last names were Dutch/ German but they were Estonized during the period of getting rid of Baltic-German last names. |
