Ok, the people can't decide which broadcasters are joining EBU, but I don't understand, why it shouldn't be allowed here ? Maybe you have good reasons, but I don't get the problem of letting the other users decide, if Kosovo should join  |

1. Who ever said that states need to be independant to participate in NVSC? Now don't come with "It's not realistic blabla" 2. Who said that Kosovo isn't independant? 4. We are not allowing Kosovo atm because it OFFENDS PEOPLE. The Faroe Islands don't offend people as Kosovo. That's called respect. We are also calling "FYR Macedonia" like that because it's the Greeks' wish to do so. WHY CAN'T YOU JUST ACCEPT IT!? 5. The Faroe Islands are a country. It is independant enough. 6. Musically the Faroe Islands are more worthy than San Marino, Monaco, Luyembourg, Liechtenstein, Andorra etc TOGETHER. That's why I want to show off their music and it doesn't hurt anyone if they participate. 7. If you love Kosovo that much, then make a contest like NVSC where Kosovo can participate and have fun. Sidenote: I have nothing against Kosovo, I just don't want people to get in trouble just because a small space of earth can take part. Just stop with bringing it back every single time and wait until it may be part of the NBU one day. Where's 3 btw?  |

I think many Danish people might be sad to see it go. The Faroe Islands is the same as scotland to be honest. Controlled by Denmark but controls many parts of the island as an independent government. The only people who get "insulted" are Serbians and trolls with too much time on their hands and I find it unfair to see a whole country denied participation because one country can't get out of the 1990s... |
