I don't have anything against those islands, but it's more insulting for me to allow them but Kosovo not, then the participation of Kosovo  You can also say that letting Israel in the contest is insulting to some people as well because of Zionism. What I am a bit annoyed about is, that  can join, because one person in the council wants to have it tbh (nothing against Daniel). If Faroe Islands can participate, I see no reason for  Gibraltar and  Greenland not being able to participate. They have own music, too. I guess that they take participate is pretty unrealistic, but not more than Faroe Islands. No, I dont want them to take part. For  Kosovo: is an independent state imo,  Serbia has lost the control over Kosovo and they have their own government. I dont want to upset anyone participating, so I would ask the Serbian people participating in NVSC (I dont know if you have already), if they are OK with Kosovo participating. If they are, I see no reason why Kosovo shouldnt participate. |

I don't really see how a country in an online song contest can offend someone. But it's the NVSC council's decision and we should respect that. |

If we talk about REALISM then we have to remove all those countries that have problems with  Israel, all those countries who have never taken part in the Eurovision
So I think that if take part Israel,  Lebanon,  Tunisia,  Algeria,  Liechtenstein, Faroe Islands for me it is interesting to see Kosovo (this country is full of music), Gibraltar (this country has its own national football team) and Greenland.
The only country unrealistic is  Vatican City (I'm Italian and I understand that this microstate is only religion and not music!
This is a game, if people feel offended by the Kosovo (If it take part in NVSC in the future) situation is simple: don't vote for it ... But this is just a music game ..
politics is not interesting to us (the same argument should be made to Lebanon and Israel if we have to be precise, Lebanon and Israel yes but Kosovo not?).
I don't really see how a country in an online song contest can offend someone.
I love music and this game, I have no problems with any country
