After the discussions here (http://ovsc.proboards.com/thread/7566/err-support-11-countries-nbu?page=4), 1 country will enter in NBU, 6 will tak a review. But 2 other countries made a promise - they will use only their singers, not borrowing and they will also use only unoverused songs. So, maybe they will have a chance ? Let's see... Here will be the discussions about the countries. We will take every country and tell our opinions about their joining in the NBU. Here are the countries : 1.  Algeria 2.  Egypt 3.  Jordan 4.  Kazakhstan 5.  Kososvo 6.  Tunisia ** 7.  Faroe Islands 8.  Because nobody wants a chaos in this thread, we will take every country - 1 by 1 - and talk about it. But first of all - how are we going to know the countries that will join ? Well, a country must have at least a half + 1 votes of the total votes given that country. So.. let's start ! |

Nice idea! My arguments for and against the join of  Algeria Positive Argument(s):- It would be nice to see more African artists in the contest Negative Argument(s):- Algeria is a quite hard country to handle with - Algeria would be borrowing more artists than showing off their own talents - There aren't that much (popular) Algerian singers ___________________________ So all-in-all: No to Algeria from me |

I dont understand the voting... Tbh I dont want much more countries in the next time, because I think 51 countries are enough.  So NO Algeria. |

I say no for Algeria. I had Algeria in OESC and it was very difficult. I had to borrow musicians from  France with Algerian roots. Kenza Farah, Amel Bent etc. Also, Khaled's C'est La vie will most likely be chosen. Morocco is enough Africa for NVSC. The Moroccan user is a good user because he uses musicians who are usually from Morocco. |

We need more African countries for diversity

They may send overused songs.
Civil fights
The country should enter from NVSC 6

Until now, it's 3-1 for anti entering.
To James : I think Morocco havent qualified ever. We need more African music.
To Ken : Example : If there are 10 voters and 6 voted yes (half [5] and 1), then it will enter.

It would still have to be approved by the NBU council, which has 3 members. It would have to be a 2 to 1.
