Each current or past participant can choose 1 song from IFSC 2 - 11, and 1 song from IFSC 12 - 21.
,which hasn't won, and might have become 2nd, or even dead last in a semi-final, and enter it.
All songs are eligible, also songs not entered by yourself.
If you find a song from a same country, no worries, that is possible.
Voting will be conducted in a different way, that will be explained later.
