If they can borrow, I want them to borrow finally. At least the "Moldova region" in Romania. Still don't get why Moldova can't borrow lol It's a bit senseless Even though Moldova has much artists. It's still unfair I think I would stay mostly in Moldova, but for me: All can borrow somewhere or no one can, for the bigger countries. And if Greece and Cyprus can borrow from each other and others cannot..

Wait.. Luxembourg cannot borrow from Netherlands but Cyprus and Greece can still borrow from each other?! That's exactly what I tought.. but let's not make a fuss around this argument.. I don't want to revive it I don't know how the relation in real life between Cyprus & Greece is, but the relation between Luxembourg and The Netherlands is very minimum. I think it's right that Luxembourg couldn't borrow from The Netherlands anymore.

The songs and the running order of the semi-finals has been revealed. There's one foreigner artist that is originated from a Nordic country. Check the semi-finals in the wiki. The first semi-final will start on 25 August 2013.

I agree on that, Liechtenstein isn't even a neighbour of Germany, but okay in other contests Liechtenstein could also borrow from Germany. Maybe the relation between Germany & Liechtenstein is closer.

In my opinion, Luxembourg should only be able to borrow from France.
