I still dont see the reason, why Luxembourg borrows from 2 countries, sorry. But I wont say anything anymore. omg again? ITALY IS THREE TIMES BIGGER THAN THE WHOLE BENELUX ZONE and you can borrow from italy! Spain also Germany also France as well Oh do you have one purely San Marinese act in your NS? Do you? One of them is even american with some italian roots. So basically doesn't that count? You're stating about a pointless thing, because you have a country that CAN borrow

I think the same goes for Liechtenstein and Germany but nobody complains about that. Don't make that ridiculous. I agree on that, Liechtenstein isn't even a neighbour of Germany, but okay in other contests Liechtenstein could also borrow from Germany. Maybe the relation between Germany & Liechtenstein is closer. Liechtenstein is only closely related to Switzerland (Austria too, but way less) The only thing that accomunates Germany to Liechtenstein is the German language

To be clear: if Luxembourg won't be allowed to borrow, any country shouldn't be allowed to. And that's only to be fair, not for other purposes..

I wont say anything about the borrowing rules anymore, I dont want to cause fights. And I think I can say sth about the borrowing rules, even if I have a country which can borrow.

^ Writing in big letters is just the feeling when you keep repeating the same thing over and over, but though nobody would understand what I mean. It's frustrating, you know. And, I realized I might have overreacted earlier, sorry.
