Hm... ok... I give up  The decisive reason for me was, that she said she would represent  Greece in ESC  So ok you may do a NS for her
If you have a source where your participants says he/she WOULD participate for your country in ESC, this participant can be internally chosen, but the song must be chosen through a NS. |
