Regional borrowing rules for countries like  San Marino are bullshit while  France can borrow from Quebec and French Switzerland tbh.  That is very true. |

PLEASE make it with regions!!! e.g.  Andorra borrows from  Catalonia only. Yes I personally agree on this one, I don't really mind about the rest but I think Andorra has only something to do with Catalonia and Andorra itself since Andorra was only represented by Andorian & Catalan artists and they speak only Catalan there. I think it would be a good change if some borrowing areas will be reduced. |

 Every country can be represent by an artist for represented that country in Eurovision, even if that artist doesn't come from those map zones. So, for example  Cyprus shouldn't borrow anymore but only some  Greek artists who represented the island in Eurovision. Same for  Romania and  Moldova,  Czech Republic and  Slovakia or (  Belarus),  Ukraine and  Russia |
