Let it be Japan and South Korea, but I don't agree, that USA should be here... P.S. I don't have anything against the person, that choosed USA, because I don't even know, who did it... Don't worry, I've the United States and I won't send overused songs or artists like Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, etc.

What do you think: Should Portugal be able to borrow from Brazil (music connection exists) ? I think no, because Brazil isn't Portugal and Portugal isn't Brazil. If we'd allow that, then Latvia should be allowed to take songs from Estonia and Lithuania, because in history there was a country called Livonia (Latvia & Estonia together) and some parts of Lithuania belonged to Latvia and some from Latvia belonged to Lithuania... That would be the same connection as Portugal has with Brazil...

It was from the 14th century to the !19th! century a Portuguese colony. And so around 500 years, Brazil was Portugals colony. I think that's long enough to say Portugal can borrow^^

Also, Latvia was under Germany for more than 6 centuries (600 years), so that means Germany could also take songs from Latvia. Latvia has been like a colony for many countries (Germany, Russia, Sweden, Lithuania & Poland and maybe some more)... Besides, Portugal has 5 times bigger population, than Latvia does, so if I can find songs (and good songs) for Latvia, then I think it won't be a problem for Portugal too...

Portuguese Charts are full of Brazilian songs and they perform in TV shows etc etc. Not the same thing^^
