Help With A Wiki

I mean how to add the flag I Can't

I created the template. Just click on the edit,then "Source" in order to see it.
In the template pages you'll put up the pics of the flags and [[Austria]] so when you write {{Austria}} it will appear the content as the ovsc wikia.
When you wanna make a new template page for a country,you have to upload a flag of the country you wanna edit,then remove the |thumb content and add [[country]].
