Actually, I think that a brand new poll should be made to decide who will be the 4 admins on the forums. Everyone who wants to become an admin (including the current admins) should sign up to be a selection in this poll. That's my idea  That is what we did last time, and that didn't go well.  Joking, but not an option. I think we should allow temporary fifth admins, who run a certain period as admin. |

The Forum Moderators (Jessica and Christian) became Admins. So I guess one of the current Forum Moderators should be an Admin and then be replaced with a new Forum Moderator.

Dimitris, I like this idea, and in my mind we have: Liev, Nick and Jan as current mods. I would vote for Jan, because: - He speaks another language: German - He's here quite long, and very neutral in situations. - He talks a lot to other members and helps them (He helped me in my bad situation) - He's a good addition to the current base of admins. I might get hated for it, but I would apply for forum mod if it were to happen, because I have a lot of ICT experience, and can assist the admins with their work. I'm also following an advanced ICT course now, and have years of admin and mod experience. I've had bad times here and shown bad behaviour, but now I'm only here with an opinion, I will defend it, but not offend anyone, and I'm one of the happiest as well. . But I hope we can get this to a conclusion. |

2)Having additional 'impartial' admins? I didn't understand  It means, there will be neutral/unbiased admins when conflicts (like the one just happened) arise.  I'd apply for an impartial admin. I'm quite neutral. |

I wasn't before, but now I'm quite indifferent about anything. At times I may have an opinion, but I'm not very outgoing anymore, I'd like to keep it more to myself from the last fight I had, onwards. So I'd apply as well. |
