The Forum Moderators (Jessica and Christian) became Admins. So I guess one of the current Forum Moderators should be an Admin and then be replaced with a new Forum Moderator. Dimitris, I like this idea, and in my mind we have: Liev, Nick and Jan as current mods. I would vote for Jan, because: - He speaks another language: German - He's here quite long, and very neutral in situations. - He talks a lot to other members and helps them (He helped me in my bad situation) - He's a good addition to the current base of admins. I might get hated for it, but I would apply for forum mod if it were to happen, because I have a lot of ICT experience, and can assist the admins with their work. I'm also following an advanced ICT course now, and have years of admin and mod experience. I've had bad times here and shown bad behaviour, but now I'm only here with an opinion, I will defend it, but not offend anyone, and I'm one of the happiest as well. . But I hope we can get this to a conclusion. Then if I may, I also offer myself as a moderator. I've moderated one of the biggest language websites for 8 years with nearly 100,000 members... plus I'm a teacher which means I know how to manage things such as behaviour and what action would need to be taken if something was badly said or done and I thus would know how to act responsibly and accept the role of staying neutral.

To make a response then: Jan as admin, Robert as forum mod, would be excellent.

Or easier, make a poll

Change Main Admin/Admin(s)? No Main Admin. I don't want the Forums to be a "dictatorship", and a Main Admin would be a bit of one.
Having additional 'impartial' admins? Every mod and admin should be quite impartial at fights. If s/he isn't, s/he should not be mod/admin. They have their own opinion though, and they should be allowed to present them on normal posts or discussions.
Admins to be having a uniform behaviour? Sorry, I don't like robots as mods.
Nothing to change. Worst way in my opinion. The Forums would split and crash and so on..
Own suggestion About 3 admins and 5 mods. Currently, we have more admins than mods. That would mean, one admin becomes a mod and one member becomes a mod too. On the admin becoming a mod, I'd say there should be a poll, or s/he says him/herself that she doesn't want to be an admin anymore. It is the fairest way for me, but not an easy one. For the new mod, there should be a poll too, and everyone can suggest himself, with some sentences. Also, I want mods and admins to close threads with fights immediately when they start, not to wait and post their opinions.. just close them, and not do it after 20 pages, please!

Okay, I'll post here my opinion about the statements of the first post. I'll try to don't post my opinion about the persons themselves, just my opinion in generally. I'm sorry if I somewhere make a mistake in this post. Anyway, I try to do it so seriously as possible. • Change Main Admin/Admin(s)?- I think Christian and Jessica should stay for sure, because they were first the general admins and they do their work quite well. I personally like these 2 as admins of this whole forums. But if many people wants more admins, then you could do a poll with new suggested people. • Having additional 'impartial' admins?- Yeah, I hope the admins will be more impartial then they are now. I sometimes don't like it to see, let's say "strong", posts from some admins. I hope something will change in this aspect - this one is the most important for me. • Admins to be having a uniform behaviour?- Do you mean with this just very strict and as the same? If yes, then no! I think the admins should be also possible to be the person they want to be. But as what I first said, I don't like it when they choose a side of someone of post just unfriendly posts to other members. • Nothing to change.- No. Everything which I write in this post is something which I wish it should change, so this is for me an unnecessary suggestion. • Your own suggestions.- I think my own suggestions are suggestion 1& 2 conbined. So, let's combine those, lol. I want Christian and Jessica as main admins. This would be an ideal duo to lead this forum in my personal opinion. If people wants more moderators, you could do a poll for new admins (like in May 2013 for the moderators, at the same way). And I know Christian and Jessica can stay very importial in discussions/fights, so if there wouldn't come new admins, then that's okay. If there'll come new admins or the whole group as how it's now will stay, then I would friendly suggest to them to stay more importial. I don't get a nice feeling if I see a strong post from an admin to a normal member. No please, stop that kind of behavior. I'll add that I think it's a bit childish to say that this topic shouldn't has any sense for the future of the forums, give the members some time to create their own opinion. I'll add also that I think the moderators should have an impartial behavior, but most of the time they've that, so that's OK. And my respect for Christian that he's just trying to make this forum nicer with this topic & his moderation in this topic where everyone could give his/her very own opinion.

Change Main Admin/Admin(s)? No Main Admin. I don't want the Forums to be a "dictatorship", and a Main Admin would be a bit of one. There'll always be one Main Admin here. So that's how we want to hear our forumers to maybe change the Main Admin-status or not. Further notes, the Main Admin can do more things than a normal admin can do, for example to change status on somebody (From Member to Contest Manager/Forum Moderator/Admin)

We're more productive in discussing problems in our little 'forum society' than those real life politicians.

Admins to be having a uniform behaviour? Sorry, I don't like robots as mods. Our personality would still be unique, but our way to act this, when we're admins/forum moderators, how are we going to manage this? A uniform behaviour, such things as we could stay more humble in those situations and take the fights/hard discussion very lightly in our temper
