I just want to say this: The previous admins (Kris, Nikolai and Paulina) handled me the forum because they trust me. I tried to do my best for the forum, but some people don't seem to respect what I have done.
I know I should stay neutral in the recent fight and I made a huge mistake by taking part in it.

• Admins to be having a uniform behaviour?- Do you mean with this just very strict and as the same? It's our actions that comes to our uniformal behaviour. As we will try, in a form of a discipline, to fix out the problems for good/better. That's how to act uniformal at this phase. We keep our personality as different, though

We learn so many new things. Even after when Kristoffer, Nikolai and Paulina left. It's to feel calm for yourself and to take the advantages to control your people with care and trust. That's how the deal will always be, because it's the most valid way to give the forum the better shape!

We keep our personality as indifferent, though I think I still don't get the definition of uniform behaviour... do you mean that the admins just act with a uniform behavouir if there's a (big) discussion/fight?

Yes, that's one thing. There's also how you are as a status for being Admin/Forum Moderator, and to stay humble for your job and not stereotypically go out for your own actions. Btw, I edited the last sentence to different instead of indifferent

Dimitris, mistakes are made. It's okay, it's not like you are the only ever to do it. We learn each day, and so we've all learned valuable lessons. I can say, that you've done a hell of a job in organising these forums on your own in the early days after the retirement of OVSC, and you still should get compliments for it. So kudo's to you, Dimitris.

I will just say, if Dimitris will not be main admin cause of the discussions, it would not be fair for me and I don't want to say what this means for me..

Change Main Admin/Admin(s)? No Main Admin. I don't want the Forums to be a "dictatorship", and a Main Admin would be a bit of one. There'll always be one Main Admin here. So that's how we want to hear our forumers to maybe change the Main Admin-status or not. Further notes, the Main Admin can do more things than a normal admin can do, for example to change status on somebody (From Member to Contest Manager/Forum Moderator/Admin) Oh, okay. For that I don't want a change for the Main Admin. And as said, one less Admin and two more Mods. Admins to be having a uniform behaviour? Sorry, I don't like robots as mods. Our personality would still be unique, but our way to act this, when we're admins/forum moderators, how are we going to manage this? A uniform behaviour, such things as we could stay more humble in those situations and take the fights/hard discussion very lightly in our temper As long as you handle it quick and close the thread and so on, I am for that.
