[IMPORTANT] Change of Staff's behaviour?

I will start the discussion, according to my view.

- Christian is to be the new main/head admin:
Everytime something got out of hand, he was neutral, and strict, but fair against all members involved. He's got the balance, and we have never seen any incidents involving him. He's one of the older guys, who doesn't show any sign of emotional decay. He knows what to do in tense situations, and has proven to do so a couple of times, and also took control this time, to take over and work towards a peaceful solution.

- Change in admins:
The admins who have shown, or will show, a sign of disbehaviour, maybe more than once, should be replaced by older (18 or above) members of the forums, who can show neutrality and are able to keep their cool when an argument is threatening to go out of bounds, and can make a good statement about solving the case, or temporarily to permanently stopping that particular arguement/fight.

- Additional ''impartial'' admins:
I would say, we make a trial period for admins:
If they get selected by the other admins or as in my mind, the head admin Christian, they'll get a trial period of 2 weeks to a month, to prove themselves as worthy admins. If they'd still fall into a bad situation, they are to be replaced.

- Admins should have uniform behaviour:
The staff of these forums (including the moderators) are the base of these forums, and should give the good example of the behaviour, to be displayed on these forums, as an example to the forum members.

- SUGGESTION: The language discussions should be deleted/locked, as they lead to mocking eachother, and allowing people to swear about other members.
Instead, we should have an English all around forum, in my opinion, and only be able to discuss in English, to avoid misunderstandings, in the open threads and boards, and only allow native languages in PM's.

The lesser fights, the better atmosphere in the whole forums, in my opinion.
