I totally agree, but, trust might have been damaged for some people who feel others can not be trusted anymore, and to re-build that trust, we need these changes, maybe in change of admins, restructuring the forums, or whatever is necessary, to restore trust and peace.

(Explanation needed) -> We are all humans.Everyone does mistakes. Of course they should be an example for other people how to behave, but nobody is perfect no no... Perfection can't be done, indeed. Meaning for being an admin/forum moderator is to also be responsible for your people and to be having a some sort of a comfort and confidence for your surroundings. Basically to just stand up and be superior for your knowledge to do things and to create trust and care |

The only thing I really want to change is that fights are going away, because I have not against anybody. And Chris, Christian, Jessica and the persons I forget, do a great job to the forums. So let the fights go away and let we make fun  |

Some Fights/Hard discussions are also meant to be an important way to know our tempers.
So these ones can always be happening, whatever topic we're talking about.
Diplomacy requires that you've been taught for witnessing fights from happening, which us admins are grateful to end the fight in a reasonable way, because we've got a lot of knowledge from waay back, into this 'birth' of the forum.
